That's such a hard question - as NONE of those choices are enticing - but I guess I will go with the Leader because at least he fights the Hulk...

I love MODOK but could never work for the guy. Where do you look when you're talking to the guy? I would be thinking, don't stare at his dangly little legs, don't stare at his giant head or creepy smile. Do I stare him in the eyes? They are like a foot apart...do i just stare into one? Dudes got to be self conscious, the least of my worries would be getting fired. He may vaporize me for looking at him funny or making a big head pun. I don't need that kind of added stress in my work environment, that is already filled with Wolverine clawing and Cap shield bashing.

Kingpin, you get to live in New York so on your days you can do normal stuff, plus as much of a dick as he is Fisk seems the least likely to just have you killed, thrown in the dungeon or expermimented on for no reason

You gotta sweeten the pot. Some sort of bennies would make the choice easier. I always saw these henchmen as making some good bank. Why else would they do it?
