While the scale may look off, I don't think that's an "issue" with statue design, it's how the female characters are initially created.
Batman looks how a superhero (especially one without any super powers) would look, and the females are made to look sexy while also being a superhero. Someone who does not have any powers would not be that thin; she would obviously have muscle/bulk to her yet they (the creators of the character and thus now P1) don't want to do that to keep the sex appeal.
I think P1 is being accurate to the source material; it's the material that's the issue if we're going to get into how "accurate" they look. I don't think the height is all that off; from some quick searching it looks like Batman is noticeably taller than both of them.

I totally understand that, and I accept that he'll be around a foot taller, but it looks like he 'could' be far more than that just by looking at those statues. But maybe the difference in musculature and girth is throwing things off in my head.
But that's just my opinion, and if most think otherwise I'm probably just seeing things
Though I'm currently only get Ivy, and I'm thinking about getting Huntress, so it's a non issue anyway. I just thought it looked odd is all.

The answer to all this is....Jim Lee comic book proportions. His Batman is stacked.

Yes, you are right.
Even though I still think bats is too big.
In this iconic picture we see that bats is not as big as we could think:
(Huntress and Selina have similar body proportions)
I am not saying I don't like the statues, they are awesome but the scale doesn't look accurate to me (just and opinion).
According to this statues... selina's head should be in front the bat symbol and that looks crazy. If bats stands up that would be the result.

There's a little to be concerned about with this line now after seeing the live show. The old version of Batman, as is still shown on SS's website vs. the new Batman as shown on live.
And the new version, which looks huge next to the females.
And for reference, my favorite image from Hush to show how Jim Lee actually drew him with the females.

Batman looks ginormously out of scale in that picture. He's crouched down and is still almost as tall as Huntress. This statue looked so much better before Prime 1 "fixed" it.
