Iron man kills batman. If this were the 1950's iron man maybe (some magnetism, rusting or melting from the batman would do the trick) but the modern iron man is too sophisticated for such tricks and as advanced as Bruce is, he's no where close to stark technology. He also lacks the brute force necessary to do damage.
This fight is a one-shot filler story. Tony wins.
