Anyone who is a child of the 80's and loves video games and 80's tv shows, music whatever, needs to read this book, it is highly entertaining.

shame the trailer makes it look like they scrapped the 80's influence and put in a bunch of early 2000's stuff instead. here's hoping i'm wrong.

ready player one, read by will wheaton...Jesus Christ I vomited in my mouth a little.

I genuinely thought RP1 was one of the worst books I have ever read. But that's why they make hundreds of flavours of ice cream, right? We can't all like the same thing.

I reckon there could have been issues with licensing. The movie is not an exact copy of the book apparently.
