I wish they would stop calling it "Ultra" line as it doesn't make any sense to me since this is an SFV design and not SF4 Ultra. So many names they could have chosen.

It's just a name to differentiate them from the MM line.

They never set out for it to just be based around USF4, 2nd statue in the line (Cammy) is based on SFV.
