Yeah, same happened to me. They finally shipped it out, but took over a month.

Ah well. At least it was taken care of.

Likewise mine was missing the belt and shoulder strap, and Sideshow sent out my replacements after a couple of week. Everything is great now. Very happy with the statue.

How Long did u hv to wait for them to reply after u reported for yr replacement head & hand? I have filed for a replacement & have waited a week but there's no reply from them.

Call them or live chat them. That's too long, it might have been misplaced.

Got my statue and I think this is one of the best ones from last year. Pretty impressive piece.
Love the sword but I think hammer is always the way to go.

I finally got around to unpacking this Thor EX as well as Machiko Noguchi. The Machiko appears to be pretty much flawless whereas there were quite a few issues with Thor and it has been days without any reply from Sideshow.

Although I love the way the cape looks, I cannot get over the iron-on buttons that are on the bottom portion of his "shirt". My two daughters don't really like the pose at all but thought it looked okay overall (until they saw it next to Machiko) and they thought the base was well done.

I'm so torn...I can't decide whether to keep this one (assuming they still have replacement parts at this late stage) or whether to send it back. Unfortunately a major part of the statue is missing so I cannot get a good feel for it. I know they'll never make one like this again...

Any of yr Thor's base has a rattling sound inside the base when you shake it? Wonder what's inside.
