They are called Detolf Shelf Extenders. There is a guy on Etsy that is selling them. One in 4in length and in 7in length. Took about a week and a half to get to me.

You can also buy wire clamps at home depot. Buy the proper size, screw them onto the vertical metal poles with a wrench, lay the glass shelf on the them. I did this for a years before I got rid of my detolfs.
