Logan or boba depends on what license you like, boba can be purchased significantly cheaper and available now instead of waiting 1+ years.
Don’t get storm shadows it looks like crap, actually don’t get anything from PCS, the company is sht.
If you want storm shadow, pick up the original sideshow version which is very nice and can be bought cheap. Or get the prime1 studios version, it’s bigger and more expensive but also looks very nice.

full transparency - i dont care for the large scale animated look of that joe line
that said i would go with:
- logan now if you like the ex
- boba fett now if you dont care about the logan ex now

Storm Shadow looks good. Don't like the pose, tho.
Boba looks cool. Not liking the pose either.
I'd choose Logan. The portrait on the REG is perfect. No need for the EX.

I would get Logan for a few reasons.
1. X-Men >>> GI Joe or Star Wars
2. PCS is garbage

I voted Boba Fett.
I saw him at Midtown Comics and I liked the way he turned out. The basic Tatooine Base, Pose, and Details on his costume looked great. I have the Second Premium Format and love it, but honestly I think this one turned out a little better. Its just smaller due to the base
Logan looks good, but I think the Wolverine Premium Format is flawless if you're looking in that direction.
With Storm Shadow its a matter of taste. For somebody like Storm Shadow, I'd much rather prefer the real elements that Prime 1 and Sideshow did. Cartoon 1/4 its a hit or miss. I loved the TMNT Line (Not the price though) but this Storm Shadow isn't catching my eye as much (and Storm Shadow is in my top 3 Joes)
