Original was broken. Replacement was AP and Andy was kind enough to let him keep the broken one.

I had damaged limited edition but had a matched numbered set which was more important for me to keep intact so opted for the same number on base.

Ah I see. Well kudos to Andy for taking care of Vinnie. That's about as awesome of customer service as anyone could hope for.

Same here. I would have liked to at least have the option to consider buying it. Don't know how I missed this thread until it was way too late.

I think you were posting in the Sideshow Wonder Woman thread about the poor QC.

Sorry for the late reaction. Yes like dfchang wrote, my numbered one (#40, same number as my limited one) had a broken ribbon. Anders told me to keep it, glue the broken off ribbon back on and promised me an AP. I have the ribbon professionally fixed by someone and the break isnt showing anymore. So now I have the limited and regular of the same # plus I have an AP.

Great service from Anders indeed, he even refunded money I paid on customs. Too kind, other producers could learn a thing or two from him. Instead of giving $30 refund on a damaged piece (talking about my Goro ex. AP from PCS) which I had to get fixed professionally for € 70...

Another Anders Mandy statue coming out. At Wondercon today, I picked up a new sketch from Dean and few prints, but also chatted about the current Anders statues. Then Dean mentions that there will be another one based on the original design and pose that will be slightly larger, different outfit and Mandy holding a dog biscuit in her right hand and Skoots at her feet. He also mentioned that this next one will be VERY limited. So keep your eyes and ears open for another great Mandy.

Sounds great, but why would they make it even more limited than the previous one? All 350 statues sold out really quickly and even so many of them ended up being flipped for much higher prices on ebay.

There's no reason to make the next statue in even smaller numbers.

This is AWESOME news! Anders, if you're reading this, we'd love to hear any tidbits that you are able or willing to share. Perhaps a small teaser?
