Look out for #1. Don't step in #2 either.

Why not have both?

Plus I quite like the version of Wildfire. There have been a lot of different versions of his "helmet" and the one in that bust is my favorite.

The Legion version that I'm interested in are the Cockrum/Grell versions ... to me those are the true Legion.

Oops, sorry, not in this thread, but from an earlier one that included the same pics:

"It's a piece I commissioned and had made for my collection ... she's the 4th in the series ...

Here are the first 3 ..."

You're still extrapolating a lot from even that.

Oh sure, I'm just guessing about most of it, but since you said they were comissioned I assumed:

1. They were one of a kind (or at the very least extremely limited.)

2. The weren't licensed since DC licenses are hard enough to come by and it would be very uncharacteristic for them to grant a license for a private sculptor or hobbyist.

I'm sure I could be completely wrong, but what fun would internet forums be if everyone knew what he was talkng about?
I just remembered that earlier post because those are very memorable pieces and you're very lucky to have them. If I'm way wrong and these are somehow available for sale out of a retail outlet (or even someone's car trunk..heh...heh) please let us know ASAP!!
