Hello and welcome. You seem to be the same person who posted on Facebook. The consensus there was that the Ex head was fake and the statue was legitimate. But since you still seem unsure, then please let me explain further.
When statues are made, there is mold that polystone (or other material) is poured into. As the material sets it shrinks roughly 10-20%. So the molds need to be bigger than the end product, so that when shrinkage occurs it ends up the size you actually want it to be.
"Re-casting" is when you take the *product* and make a mold of it, to then create more of them. But then when the shrinkage occurs, any new product made from that mold is 10-20% smaller than the original. Due to this, ALL recasts are smaller than the original product.
So, since there is known to be a run of recast exclusive portraits that were smaller than the official ones, this means your statue is legitimate. Because if the statue was also "re-cast" from an official statue, it would also have shrinkage and be the same size as the head. Since it is bigger, it is legit. But the label on the bottom is indeed fake.
From your photos on Facebook you can also see a clear quality difference between the fake head and the real statue. You may rest assured that the statue is a legitimate regular. But you were still scammed.
