I don't think Thulsa is planned. Chronicle Collectibles is making one and they said PCS does not plan to come onboard.

I'm a bit worried for Chronicle with their Thulsa Doom. InthinknJerrybwas wise staying away from this character.
Chronicle's King Conan is limited to 300 and has not sold out. I would be shocked if Thulsa Doom sold half or even a quarter of that.

Still, aside from Star Wars or Alien, I don't see which licence could originate from the 70ies.

Don't know about anyone else but I'm a huge horror guy and so far Freddy and Jason have dominated with quite a few Leatherface's, Ash's, and Pinhead's popping up over the years which leads me to this....Michael God Damn Myers. There's only been a handful of statues and none of them are very good (The latest from Hollywood collectibles has a pretty great pose for the figure but the mask sculpt is terrible) and the only figure sculpt that is close was NECA. I've always wanted something that really captures the AWIL werewolf and the Kessler Wolf brings it. Now I'm just hoping one day I finally get to see the Shape done right.

Pretty sure I read that ECC is going to be making 1/3 scale Freddy and Jason maquettes this year to go with their life sized busts. Don't think they are doing Myers however.
