Sure I don't mind if you DL and use it locally, I actually plan on doing that though, a couple days after the payment date passes I plan on changing the text to red and removing it from the calculations so it won't show up in the total remaining or total owed on the last page. If you dled that's why I did the formula for the total remaining as addition for each cell individually instead of just a sum with the range.
Hopefully I can keep up with it, it's a bit of an ambitious spreadsheet, though the last page is the most effort. I think it's really helpful though to see how much you'll have to pay every month to make sure you don't go nuts so gonna try my best ;p I am also in :| territory too, although just barely.
