When did you reply ?

It takes her a couple days to respond.

Jerry I really apreciate this thread. Honestly I wanted to say all my doubts are gone. Keep up with moves like this and Audrey will have 100 more CS employees to manage soon.

the CustomerService email was broken for months and we didnt know about it. There was a mispelling so we werent getting them.

However thats now been fixed.

Hi Jerry,

Is the link for newsletter subscriptions also broken?
I'm pretty sure I've signed up for the newsletter at least 3 times and I still don't receive them. (I have already checked my junk mail folder)

Is your site working it has been down for a few days does anyone else have this problem ? Its not working now for me on 3 computers . Really getting worried Im going to miss out on dhalsim
