If they follow in the same more "realistic" atmosphere of DD and JJ I will be interested to see how they tie in the mystic arts

I am tired of everyone writing about how they want a asian-american Iron Fist . They obviously do NOT get the character or have read him. The fact that he is a white American male with blonde hair is what made it a unique hero. He was the 1st NON-ASIAN to get the mantle of Iron Fist and it wasn't easy. He had many issues with others who felt they should have the power. That is the story. He is the outsider. If you have a asian actor portray him it loses the meaning and actually makes it more stereotypical. I like the diversity that the Marvel shows have shown. DD (a white blind man), Jessica Jones (a woman) and Luke Cage (African-American) now we have the fish out of water with Iron Fist so hopefully this is cast right. Marvel is the king of diversity right now and on some characters it is fine but not this one.

Must be out on the web People writing this, But I agree Iron Fist being the outsider as a non Asian is a big part of the character
