Supes vs Darkseid

Here are a few pics of Supes vs. Darkseid statue. Superman himself is the same size as the Supes in the SS vs. WW statue I did a couple of years ago. I know nothing about how it will be engineered...as far as one or two pieces, etc.. I simply sculpt the thing and make sure the prototype can support itself but once it goes overseas they revisit it and see what works best.
Note that the rocks were later elaborated on after taking that last picture as well as resculpting Supermans elbow area.

This is truely a great piece and I will probably buy this one. However I am not hugely impressed with the paint up on the DC site. Has anyone seen it in person? How does it look (paint wise)?

I feel the same, Robert. Hope DC will apply a darker blue colour on Darkseid like the old Darkseid statue.

But no doubt Ray's Darkseid really kicks ass. The massive body sculpt makes him a very bad ass
