I almost picked this up today but the art threw me off a bit.... What's the basic premise of the story??

It's a bit stylised.. but i lvoed it.. it fits teh story.. if i put in story bits.. it'll spoil the story.. so i suggest.. u browse at the Lcs .. read an issue or 2..

Picked it up at my LCS yesterday (they had tons). I just want to know-why did DC stop shrinkwrapping their hardcovers?
