If they can get some quality creators, I'm all for it - and I'm talking about old-school professionals.
And we'd better see Uncle Creepy!

Call me cynical, but I don't see this as being much better than the new Tales From The Crypt comic, just another substandard cash in latched onto a familiar and once much loved and respected (brand) name.
That said, Dark Horse being the one to do it at least gives it some chance of credibility and of turning out well, and with some decent talent attached, so here's hoping I'm wrong and they nail it. Even so, and even if they do a good job, I still can't really see myself considering it to be Creepy really in anything but name only, not compared against the classic original anyway.

When I hear news like this I know that God is in his Heaven and things are right in his world (comics wise).
Best comic news I've heard all year. A return to the horror anthology, CREEPY!
While the big 2 Comics Companies just sit on their Horror Properties, Dark Horse is the only company to have the balls to tackle this and I know they can pull it off. How smart to wet our appitites with the Archives. Above all other companies, it's Dark Horse with the true appreciation of Comic's History.
Great News.

Volume 6 of the Darkhorse, Creepy Archives arrived today from Amazon. #'s 26 - 32 reprinted w/ this volume. I've been staying up on these and so far, have the whole archives run. These are 90% better than any modern horror I've been reading & their 40 years old.
