PB and bananas are delicious. I try and eat that combo after a workout or run.

I stumbled across the place a few years ago when a buddy and i were doing a side job in tha area. Except for Nutella their peanut butter is the best junk food type samwich spread ever.
Quick question about natural pb. Do you have to stir it up all the time because of the oil that floats to the top when it sit's and is it creamy like the other pb's? It looks a bit gritty.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Its good for you apparently (though not if you eat the whole jar at once), a good source of protein I believe, if you are exercising and all that.

You have to refrigerate it so it helps to give it a quick stir every time you use it. There are some that are very creamy, but not as smooth as the artificial stuff.
