oh and joker: i meant that i have the 2nd season, all it includes is up to ginyu, it doesn't go into the freeza other than to show him a few times

yeah i was agreeing with you....i was just trying to say that they will probably do the seasons with episode complacent to the sagas.... and i have the second season also... but i watch it in the original japanese mono...

ah yes, back in the day, but when you get down to it, what is the show other than big flashes of light and eyebrows twitching. and of course, a lot of talking before fights that last 85 episodes?

The worst parts are when, in the heat of an epic battle between the likes of Frieza and Goku, suddenly the writers decide...hey let's go see what Bulma is up to! Who cares about Bulma?
Or when it takes 6 episodes to make a spirit bomb.
Or when they make every single "On the next episode of DBZ..." look AMAZING, only for nothing to happen that episode.
But it was easily the most exciting show when I was in middle school. I couldn't wait for the next episode, and many times it's all we talked about it in school the next day.

it's even better when (in the fight w/ freeza) he saids "i give this planet 10 minutes" (25 episodes later) "only 9 min and 45 secs left goku!" haha
