Cable Lost..

Hi Guys..

Its with a heavy heart..but after watching reviews and seeing pictures i was hoping that i 2 could post pictures of my cable..unfortunately i received a broken cable..brakes happen i understand,but when it happens to u ..its like a gut punch..I love XM and my source and his distributer have been great.have transactions in past with NO issues.Im hoping that XMs customer service resolve this quickly and it stands up to the standards that Ben and Bryan represent.i've posted some pics i believe this breakage was a Quality Control issues.possible at factory level that it happened..things happen understandable as all can see from the breakage its not a solid cast..looks like 2 parts coming melded together..i documented every thing soon as i grabbed cable from its location ..UUHHHOHHh was in 2 parts..so disappointed..

Are you in the USA? If so xm can't help as mention before. But if youre not in the USA then they will take care of it for sure. Other option is to file a insurance claim for us USA collectors to see if the shipping company can help us out with a refund to fix it up.

Really sorry to hear it. XM will look after you don't worry. I'd say this is a pretty rare occurrence for them given the way they pack their pieces.

Keep us posted but I think you will be surprised how helpful they are.

yeah brothers...sad face...hopefully everything will work its self out...have a few XM pieces and package is the best out there everything packed tight..so not sure how this could have happened..gonna waite and see..will post goodness or bad news..Gotta say this community is awsome..for its support..
