Paid my deposit. This and the SS Thanos are going to be my last statues for potentially years to come as the stress of making the money for them is just about outweighing the enjoyment I get from them which means it's time to pull out.
However, I am VERRRRRRY excited for Beta Ray Bill!!

I think so too, thanks for the reaffirmation. They will be great pieces, stand outs really, but even I'm now having a hard time with the amount I'm paying for them.

I know man... but there is always going to be good stuff. A turning point for me was XM Dr Strange. I love that statue. And I REALLY want(ed) it. Like, badly. But couldn't afford it at the time. And it went up for PO, it came out, people loved it, but guess what, life goes on
Sometimes I think it's more the hype. Once you make peace with not having something, it's not that bad.

Well said and something I needed to be reminded of. I had this same problem with the 1/2 scale prime 1 superman. I wanted it badly and then I started seeing it on videos and pictures when it released. It killed me to not be able to spend the 2K to pick it up. I know I will miss out but I'm having to make peace with. Would have been my personal grail type piece but life goes on. As collectors we have to come to terms with not being able to have everything and knowing there is plenty we will miss out on.

I have to cancel my order. I just can't afford these friggin things anymore. Very upsetting but I need to recognize when I am putting myself, and family in a worse position by buying a statue. Hope my contact is understanding as I did pay fore the pre-order.... sad day. Especially after seeing these awesome pictures.
