Currently we keep our retail prices low by cutting out as many 'middle men' as possible.

Every time we have to add a layer, it will drive up prices.

We actually dont get a lot of European orders , so to add that layer of cost to the product for Europe, thus far, has not made financial sense.

Thats not to say it wont happen in the future, especially as a couple new licenses I believe will be very popular in Europe.

But I cant guarantee it would be in place by the time Chun Li ships.

Regarding the middle men:

Doesn't it just need 1 or maybe 2 reliable persons who are some sort of "partnering" with you, running the warehouse and taking care of the European orders? Would that really make signification impact? Especially when keeping the positives in mind.

Of course...if there aren't that much European orders then it probably just isn't cost effective enough. But good to know that you are considering it if that is going to change.

Will Chun Li be available through overseas retailers? I've noticed they did offer most 1:3 MK pieces, Conan and Rambo, but I believe they did not get the SF pieces or the amount was so low they were gone before advertising on their websites. How do you determine which pieces and allocation they get?

I'm planning to buy all 3 and pay in full up front... so I'm hoping for a good chunk discount for people like myself. I'd hate to be priced out when im willing to throw a good sum on day 1. I hope the prices will be reasonable since it's all 3 or none at all for me.
