Afternoon All,

My Girlfriend recently won a giveaway over on Instagram Live, we sent the email to social straight away but still haven't heard back. This was coming up to 4 weeks ago now.

Have any of you guys won one of these and if so is this duration of not receiving a reply standard procedure?

I'm also curious to know what you guys have won as I see lots of giveaways but never seem to see anything from the winners.

I once won a Dilophosaurus maquette. I recall it taking a little while to process and ship out, so I'm sure your girlfriend will get her prize.

I won a legendary Alien head.

Took a bit (few weeks) after initial release to get mine.

Then when I did...it was someone else's return.

So good luck on "winning" a good piece.

I won an exclusive Hulk grey bust and had the same experience as above. It took a while but it did show up.

Reach out to customer service. You should never just assume something is going to work out.

She sent the email to claim the prize, asking what payment info was needed for shipping etc but haven’t heard back. I asked customer service and was told to just wait as I’ll be in a queue. Just wanted to gauge roughly how long before they get back to you.

It was a 1/6 Iron Man Striker suit by Hot Toys. Not something I collect but was excited to get it, now I’m half expecting I’ll never see it. I live in hope.

Update: 3 months on and still no email. Customer services just tell me to keep on waiting. Oh well, I suppose I can't be too mad given that it would have been free anyway but I officially give up.
