Wonder Woman #72 Cover by Jenny Frison
It has arrived!
I never thought I'd want to own a WW cover, but here we are.
Just look at it. It's captivating. It's mesmerizing. You can't look away!
This cover came on two pieces. One piece has simple line work, and the other has her tonal work (as is her standard process).

Wow, that's quite a beauty! Does she scan and print out her line work and then add the tonal work? Or is it more a prelim/finished piece combo?
I think Ariel Olivetti used to have that process (or maybe he still does). The finished pieces look amazing. However, unlike your cover, Ariel sold the line work separately which I wasn't all too thrilled with.

Her process is similar, and the purchase came with both the line work and the tonal. I believe she includes both pieces with every purchase.
I kind of hate it when artist sell the prelim separately, especially if it was a commission. I had that happen with my Dell'Otto, they wanted an extra 400 for the pencil layout and I was like, NOPE. Got the full piece, i'm good.
Bruce Timm does something similar, as I imagine a lot of other artists do.

Totally agree. Glad Jenny Frison provides both pieces with the purchase.
