All of ours had that, sorry to say. I feel the legs will eventually break from the vibrations of walking near it if not already broken. That is why I didn't reorder.

I can understand that. Problem for me is I burned almost $600 in Reward Points on this and I don’t collect Sideshow product anymore. With the deteriorating relationship between SSC & P1 I probably won’t find anything of interest after this.

Congrats Hellboy! This does give me a bit of Hope for when I order mine. I do feel terrible for the Collectors that received theirs damaged and in pieces. Hopefully Prime 1 / SSC will do everything they can to make it right.

I asked for a full replacement.....as long as SS currently has more EX’s in stock. I received a damaged Harley Quinn a couple of weeks ago and SS responded that I keep the damaged statue until the new one arrives, then destroy the damaged one. I hope they do the same for this one.
