No, those are not the "scaled" SDCC helmets. Those are the real deal(1/1). I have no idea if SS will produce these life size helmets or not. It would be awesome they do though, but I don't think SS can get that polished chrome or that gold right. I haven't seen anyone(custom work) get it right.

I see Legacy are involved with The Amazing Spider-man. It would be great if they produced a 1/4 scale movie maquette.
