Well, damn. I just messaged the person who shared it on FB, and apparently yes, Blitzway did announce the post was an April Fools prank. It didn’t occur to since I didn’t find anything funny or unusual about the post, and it’s a property I could see Blitzway taking on.

It is puzzling. An April Fools prank is usually outlandish. This seemed completely legit. I guess the joke was experimenting with multiple expressions?

I guess they ran out of ideas for an April fool's joke?! Based on what they have produced, it really was not a stretch to believe they would do a John Wick? It's not like they said "Spiderwick Chronicles"!
