this is my first PCS staute so we shall see how it is. Does the reguler one also come with a magnet on the head or is that just the exclusivs for swapping the head? Never cared much for exclusivs anyway.

for what you are paying i think you are allowed to. getting a broken piece ruins the initial experience. we all know how important first impressions are.

You guys are really overreacting like a bunch of girls. You will get a replacement if something is wrong. It is a great piece so quit -----ing. Gets old and Jerry is super cool.

No one is over-reacting. The magnets alone are enough to reject this piece. If the magnets don't fail the moment you get it, who's to say 6 months down the road the exclusive heads start falling off and breaking?

Without all of the magnet, packaging, and breakage issues, even if it had arrived physically flawless, there is still the lackluster paintwork. I'm going to take another look at it this morning, and if I change my mind, I'll make it known. I was pretty frustrated with it after staying home all day on a Saturday waiting for Fedex (it was his last delivery of the day), and then opening it up to find it broken, etc...


Just because Jerry is 'Super-cool' (and he is), doesn't mean people don't have a right to vent about the quality of the products he makes.

Seeing all these issues has me a little worried. This is my first piece, so we shall see.

Wow some guys really like to kick the fallen I'm just saying every time theres a new PCS piece or even a preview there's always drama this it's getting really old no wonder Jerry don't post so much lately

there's also a lot of drama every time i RECEIVE a pcs piece. im not going to repeat the issue with the statue itself, but the styrofoam thing has been mentioned over and over and over...... everyone told jerry they wouldnt mind paying a little more for better packaging. guess what, prices HAVE gone up but packaging has stayed the same. wait, correction, its gotten cheaper. the scorpion one basically disintegrated in my hands. jerry wants less complaints he should make this minor change. luckily im not getting any more pcs statues after this clusterf@#!. (yeah, mine was that bad) if your satisfied receiving broken pieces for 350 dollars then more power to you
