Delays are ok. Just way too much stuff coming from all over the place. As long as they come out like kumba we are all happy.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I don't mind the delays as well as long as the Chun Li will come out perfect.

The perfect balance for us is one every other week (spread out between licenses) but sometimes prototypes arent ready (Chun Li for example) on time which starts backing everything else up.
April and May are going to be very pre-order heavy as we need to catch up so we arent constantly behind.

Instead of one piece backing up other pieces, can't another piece be allowed to overtake pieces that aren't ready / taking longer to develop ?

They do, it's not like po's have stopped but if you had plan for something to be up for po something else generally isn't immediately ready to take it's place.

For some reason I was thinking the Alpha suit would be fully sculpted.

Friend of mine got his 1:4 Chun converted into Alpha with full mixed media. It came out fantastic, and was a beautiful sight to see in person. I am hoping the 1:3 is full mixed media
