That would be Hulk #1 (2008) - technically Hulk #2 since he only appears on the cover in #1

The last Hulk arc, pre-Secret Wars, ended the Red Hulk...thank goodness. One of Loeb's many less than inspired ideas.

Oh you have NO idea!
I was over the moon! But yeah, wktf is correct - Hulk 13-17 is the battle where Doc Green (Hulk) "cures" Ross and the Red Hulk is no more!
Of course, this is comics so... take that for what it's worth

I thought Red Hulk was a pretty dumb character when Loeb was writing him, but the series became a lot better when Jeff Parker took over. It's another example of why there are no bad characters, just bad stories.
