It was the blue saber hilt, between the brass looking piece and the grip, and I used very slow pressure...someone said it was metal which makes sense on how I was able to bend it back...you may want to ask Stephane.

Best way to bent it back straight is to use a hair-dryer and gently heat it up will applying pressure (use glove to avoid marking the saber with fingerprints)

Or, you could also use warm water in withc you dunk in the saber and bend it straight gently.

Thanks, everyone for the help! I haven't attempted the repair yet, but I'm hopeful given the advice. I'll post pics when I get a chance (before and after).

What's the best adhesive to use to re-attach the broken light-saber? Superglue or elmers?

I'd say JB Weld!





Just kidding, superglue would be my choice.
