That is exactly my hope. If he pitched a full year last year, he would have been in line for another Cy Young.

After he retires and hits the Hall of Fame, they may need to rename that award after him.

Yeah, petite played all of what, five gaves for the astros over those three years? Or does it just seem that way.

Great signing. 3 years ago you wouldn't pony up fair value because he was an injury risk. I'm sure those extra 500 innings and an actual arm injury over the last 3 seasons have rejuvenated him. Plus a switch from the soft hitting NL Central to the power hitting AL East can't be anything but beneficial to his ERA. Oh, he'll win 15+ bc of the offense, but his ERA will be 4.25 or so.

Really Bats give it a rest. You should at least try to hide the fact that you wish you were a Yankee fan. It isn't the Yankees or their fans fault that the braves suck and that you are a fake fan who gave up on his team. Pick up your stupid tomahawk and start cheering for your bum @ss team again.

On another note I love the fact that everyone drove up the price on pitching because now the Mets are going to have to give Zito Arod money.
