I was a 1/4 scale collector but I have now seen the light. For the money/detail/space, a true 1/6th scale statue is superior in my book.

Positives
1. The boxes don't take up as much space.
2. The weight makes the statues easier for rearranging.
3. The amount of statues you can display together in a smaller space.
4. Easier on the wallet.
5. Larger characters are easier to keep proportional.
6. I like displaying my statues with my comics and sometimes I feel the 1/4 statues overshadow the books.

Negatives
?
Don't forget the bigger selection of character choices. Between Bowen, Kotobukiya, and Tweeter, you can have a ton of different characters that sideshow won't touch in 1/4 scale since they are only interested in rehashing the same characters over and over again.

What's the best way to get in contact with Tweeterhead? I used their website message option but it's been over a week and no contact from them yet... I wasn't sure if Debbie's email was still working since she left...

Would like to get a replacement body given mine has a fairly bad gap between the head and the body..

Saw this today at Forbidden Planet's London store. Apparently I've severely misunderstood what 1/6 scale actually looks like because this thing is huge. Tweeterhead's prices make much more sense now. It was a really impressive piece.

Saw this in a local comic book store. It looked real impressive. The color really pops.

well my 3rd Tweeterhead arrived today. I was not going to get Martian Manhunter but I was following one being sold on Ebay and I was able to get one for a fantastic deal. I was totally blown away by this piece. This statue is incredible. I was surprised at how large the box was and how heavy the base is. If you do have the opportunity to add this to your collection I would recommend it.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Congrats and agreed. It’s the second best in the line so far in my opinion.

Did anyone get the Regular Edition Martian Manhunter?

I am compiling a list of Edition sizes for all the Super Powers. If anyone bought it can they tell me the edition size shown on the shipping box? The announced size was 450 but I know they are sometimes adjusted and the shipper total is the correct amount.

Thanks in advance!
