Hey, I was looking for this figure, but havent found him really anywhere. Has anyone seen one? Is this old, or new? I'm suspecting old, but any info will help.

Yeah, this one was release about 1 1/2-2 years ago as part of the first wave of JLA figures.
There is a loose one and a sealed one listed on Ebay right now, just keyword "Kyle Rayner DC Direct" and you'll find them.
