Hi. Is there another method of contacting customer service. I used the email as asked but am getting nowhere. Aurora answered my initial email but then stopped replying. She asked for an old pcs email and once i forwarded it to her she said she couldnt honor old pcs policy and stopped altogether. Is there a number or different email that can be used? Maybe directly to a supervisor as customer service is not very helpful at the moment. Thanks

This isn't a customer service thread, but as a heads up everytime you reply back to your customer service email the software moves you back to the back of the line. Send a brand new email to customer service or wait for a reply to the original one. Phone was suppose to be hook back up Tuesday, but phone company kept going to wrong address. Hopefully today is the day.
