Trying to understand how entering into the drawing to get the statue a month before will make any difference as the statues are already on the boats. Unless a few statues stayed behind in China, which makes total sense.

Keep in mind that these photos have to be developed by hand and smuggled out of China. Cross the ocean to be delivered to PCS. That’s if the courier survives the trek.

Let’s face it, it’s not like they have iPhones or text messages in China.
