... I wonder it this Rogue is really coming out after the news we just have heard about the suspension of all the mutant releases from XM Studios... I wonder if Kotobukiya was also noticed about that.

I doubt it. XM only had WIPs waiting to be approved. Koto had Rogue approved almost a year ago.
