Yeah, I was looking through it all, and man it's crazy!!!! Pre-cons are definitely the way to go I reckon. Pity there are some artists that just won't do pre-cons...Todd Nauck is one that I'd approach, but i'm 99% sure he doesn't.
Better keep your pre-con orders on the down low. LOL Remember, there's nothing wrong with a "white lie".

Lest we forget.
So sleeping with a splint ain't fun after all, a bit of drooling and I didn't really feel that well rested, and even yawning hurts. At the moment I can barely open my mouth one-fingerwidth without getting a pinching pain in my left jaw, staining any further and the discussion feels like its slips out before slipping back in on closing.
Hopefully this will make me a better or at least more compassionate dentist!
