All I'm really pointing out is that gems are mostly cancelled and left over stock, so with a wait list and a lack of replacement pieces, not to mention only a few cancels I don't really see it being available for gems unless they decide to sell some partially defective ones ( google eye ones and such ) which i guess is possible. I have a feeling that some might be damage or been returns as well. I got a item from the gems program that had some small damage once.
