hi jerry i received the base, unfortunately whoever packaged it didnt give it enough protection as it has arrived broken this is with regards to case Case #: 5680.

please tell me you have a solution for this.

Jerry,

Any idea when the "My orders" section of the website will be done with maintenance? I only ask because I just read the newsletter, and it said the He-Man/Battle-Cat combo first payment was due Jan 13th. Well, nothing was taken out of my account, so I'm not sure if I'm not due to start payments until Feb (I dont remember start date, but I thought it was Jan) or if for some reason there was some issue between my bank and your billing department. I dont want to risk losing out on my order due to a missed payment for unknown reason. So, looking for advice on how to correct/figure this out.

Nevermind, I missed the payment email. Paying now. Terribly sorry for the tardiness. I thought it was instant payment.
