Does Shin include the extra legs to make a new statue like the regular? They only mention feet in the description

It looks like Shin was just a photoshop, since we only saw a handful of pictures and we don't see his back.
I'm still not clear whether he gets the extra set of legs/pants to form another statue. It doesn't seem like it.

Cheaper by not much. They should still include it so we could display as two statues

Doesn't make sense for two legs. There is only one torso and only 150 edition size
