Is this visible to the human eye?
I recall Venom had similar issues around its white eyes, and it was only picked up by camera.

Koto

I think that every defect must be solved with the final customer..I agree that not all statues are damaged, but....it's evident that there is a problem.
people who bought a damaged statue have to be refounded or the statue should be replaced.

This is really unacceptable... Just sad. I would be furious too, considering I'm also an international collector (costs are always higher to us people!).

However, I must say that sometime ago I received a piece made by Koto which had a tiny damage (Blade Bust).

I contacted them about it, they asked me for a picture of the damage, I sent the picture to them and they sent me not only a new item (Blade Bust), but another item as well (Punisher Bust), via Fedex, absolutely free of charge.

Let's all wait until KOTOBUKIYA (GONK) do something about the case of our buddy UNCLECREEPY.

Good luck, UNCLECREEPY.

I know I've said this before but I will say it again, I will never pre-order a Koto piece. I still have yet to see a Marvel Koto piece that came out looking anywhere near the prototype. No offense to Koto, but it seems to be a sub-par company to both Bowen and Sideshow. I want to get that Deadpool but I will wait and see it in person first.

Paint apps is really really killing all these Koto pieces, people are mad if they think the final pieces are gonna look like the proto's they post on here, they keep failing us again and again.
