That was for kidding, but it would have been good to see people from the past encountering with Aliens.
Such ideas always happen in the present, modern day.
Especially, with the Predator, which, in case of failing, does not leave a trace, it might have been a good idea for a movie.

A movie with Predators set in the past could be interesting. Although the humans wouldn`t stand a chance with old weaponry.

Why not? The first pred was defeated by a piece of wood, despite all the weaponry used during all the movie.
