That sucks I get 23.5 days and only work 5 days a week so I get 4 weeks and I thought that was bad

and exam/conference/study leave
and i have over 200 sick days up my sleeve

been at this job for 11 years so factor that in also.  If we go a quarter with perfect attendance we get another personal day, so it basically is another 4 days a year

and again, my job is horrible. They allot us 40 hours (1 week) each year in sick time, but they pay us every year for what we don't use. Can't roll over sick time.
