Not sure about those clear bases. Maybe they look okay on glass shelving.

I personally like them. Environment and specialty bases are cool but can add unnecessary height to an already tall character creating display space challenges. Plus the clear bases insure all the pieces match up while keeping the focus on the statue. They're pretty classy too. My only complaint is that they scratch to easily.

That is a lot of weight angled with one foot peg / base. It could be disastrous over time. Don't mind the clear base on certain items but to do it on all 1:4 statues is not appealing. In a way it's very boring.

I don't mind the simplistic bases, but they sure do look like a quality control nightmare just waiting to happen.
