The biggest thing that impressed me about Norm was his supreme confidence when telling jokes. He could be bombing with a dead audience, and rather than feel awkward, angry, scare, he leaned into it, almost demanding the silence. His style wasn't for everyone, but for those of us that liked him he was a distinct comedic voice.

I'll miss his dead pan wit.

This was a surprise to me too. Loved him on SNL, Dirty Work and of course Celebrity Jeopardy. RIP Turd Furgeson.

Norm was a guy i always enjoyed, but i am ashamed to admit i didn't really appreciate his comedy till he died. Shame we have a tendency to do that as humans.
