Paid my mortgage off about 6 years ago but i got my house when the market was fairly cheap. Been upgrading it but the house is worth about 2x what i've put into it so far.
As for statues, i'd love to have the Doomsday statue, but i'd probably have to sell the house to do it now. 
Finally getting my custom curio cabinet in a few weeks so i'll have room for my statues again. (Have like 11-12 in boxes as i don't have the space to put them in atm)
