Nice! About time just don't mess it up WB and DC. And don't do another Batman origin story. We know how Batman becomes Batman. A hint about it in the movie in 2015 is fine but other than that, no.

maybe it will be some sort of adaptation. not a complete. but taking bits and pieces here and there.
the animated DVD TDKR was pretty killer. i always said it to myself that if they did a Supes Batman film that TDKR would be a killer choice. but so wouldn't Superman batman Apocalypse too.

As long as there is a strong thread and theme running through the film I think I can digest it. I just dread that this deconstructs into plot devices to see them fight and then team up. I don't know that they have to come to fisticuffs at all to be honest though the sentiment in the announcement certainly casts that light on their intentions.

TBH I am a little disappointed. I am a Batman fan of the highest degree and above all else. However I enjoyed the Man of Steel so much that I would have liked to have seen that narrative grow and Superman's character blossom as opposed to "MoS2" purely be a vehicle to fast track a JLA movie after WB's fumbled the ball for years.
