It looks great in that picture!! I'd buy this for sure if I didn't have other priorities using up my limited funds.

As for packaging, I really dislike the crumbly cheap white foam Sideshow and others use, the dense grey foam used by the likes of ECC is far superior. I haven't received my first Chronicle piece yet however so can't really comment.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

That's awesome on the extra packing.
As far as to date..
I can vouch for the packing, I've ordered Cain, Terror Dog, and Anubis. All have arrived with no problems from the shipping materials, no damage while in transit.

I've had the pleasure of experiencing ARH's terrible styrofoam packaging, from when I purchased there Conan the sacrifice dorama. It left a complete mess, after assembly, that I dreaded having to break the statue down to put away again.

It seemed to me they used a knife to carve out the interior shapes of the figure, and just squeezed it in there, which left paint rub all over the snakes body, and on the styro. Tried to get a replacement, and they told me to send it back so they can paint it back up, but only if I ship the huge box for one snake, back on my dime. This wasn't your normal large packaging either.

I passed on the offer and til this day, ever since purchasing that first statue three years ago from ARH, I never bought from them again. Never will after that awful experience. Their quality of product isn't so great either, on top of their sub par customer service.

Good one.

It's also what your mother said, when they asked her why she didn't use any birth control, when they realized you were an accident.

This one is as cheap as SideShow uses.Using a little denser foam would be great,I would even pay for the extra cost.

Good one. I bet you and the next door neighbor's 8-year old really laughed when he told you that one. He's probably a really good resource for you. Ask him about packing materials next time.

Looks like the same basic stuff.. I wonder how much packaging actually costs. Maybe Paul could give some insight as to weather the denser foam costs a lot more? I'd happily pay a few dollars more for it were it an option. It would have prevented my Alien Big chap LSB's dome being full of white bits...

Although that said, I believe they improved the packaging recently, wasn't there talk of it being used for the 1/2 Arnie bust?
